Proficiency and innovation in Hungarian ownership

AQUAPROFIT was established 20 years ago, in 1994 by Mr. Tamás Nádasi and Mr. Péter Udud who, since then, have been the Chairman of the Board and the CEO of the company.
 
The main aim of the Hungarian owned company is - by using its 20 years’ experience - to provide support in assessing, planning and implementing water resource management, environmental, regional development and tourism projects optimal for a designated region. We support municipalities and private corporations with the help of more than 100 employees and trusted subcontractors. Aquaprofit Co. has especially vast experience with projects of national importance, moreover, in supporting communication between consortium members to enhance their effective cooperation.

  • Vice Chairman of the Hungarian Chess Association
  • Member in several other Hungarian professional societies related to environment protection, regional development and tourism.

Having always enjoyed a passion for mineral water, he began to collect mineral water bottles and its related technical literature. In 2014 Aquaprofit Co. holds one of the largest mineral water collections in Europe. He is also an enthusiastic chess player, and has been sponsoring the Aquaprofit-Polgár Chess Days since 1996.

Mr. Péter Udud

Before establishing Aquaprofit Co., he was a hydrologist at the South-Transdanubian Water Management Directorate, engaged in the planning and coordination of water management projects. Since then, has been engaged with the preparation and implementation of environmental water management and tourism-related projects of regional and national significance. He is a member of several Hungarian professional networks related to environment protection, regional development, and tourism. He is a lecturer in the faculty of Applied Environmental Science Department at the University of Pécs.
